In challenging times companies are cutting back on information security departments budgets. I have, however, come up with an ingenious plan by which security departments can still keep their funding without costing the company any money whatsoever.
I’m pretty sure no-one has come up with this idea ever before. There’s always a risk when coming up with a new idea that the reason no-one else has thought of something before is because it’s a completely stupid idea. That may be so. But had the Wright Brothers, Gallelio, Newton, Michael Jackson or even James Cameron listened to their detractors they wouldn’t have enlightened the world with their amazing foresight.
Just remember that.
